JD for the Role
- • Setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads and converting them into customers.
- • Setting specific, measurable goals that should be challenging but achievable.
- • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales data and negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, collaborate with team members to achieve better results, gather feedback from customers or prospects, and share it with internal teams.
- • Essential to keep track of leads, prospects, and customers, as well as follow-up tasks and deadlines.
- • And review sales data regularly to identify trends and patterns, to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
