Bhageerathi Sabarad is an accomplished HR Leader with over 15 years of rich and diverse experience in Human Resource Management, Talent Strategy and Engineering Recruitment. With a strong foundation in both Technical and Human Resources domains, she brings a rare and valuable blend of Technical acumen and Strategic HR expertise.
She began her professional journey in Recruitment Consultancy, where she developed deep expertise in Talent Acquisition for Engineering and Technical roles. Over the years, she has successfully partnered with reputed Organizations across Industries, gaining extensive exposure to workforce planning, Leadership Hiring and building high-performing teams. Her ability to understand both the Technical requirements of roles and the Human dynamics of Organizations has enabled her to deliver impactful and sustainable hiring solutions.
Throughout her career, Bhageerathi has led and contributed to key initiatives in Talent Strategy, Organizational Development and Workforce Optimization.
